To make an appointment, please call our spa during business hours at 517-323-4331. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve appointments in advance. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments when possible.
Zoe Life Spa and Salon requires a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that no-shows or last minute cancellations prevent other guests from receiving services during that appointment time. Failure to cancel within the allotted time-frame will result in 50% of the service being charged to your account. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing you to prepare and unwind for your service. Your timely arrival is appreciated.

- All credit card purchases will include a 3% customer service charge for all non-members. We accept the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Flexible Spending Cards (health services only (i.e., massage, infrared therapy)
- Master card
- Zoe gift cards or E-gift certificates
- Checks (there will be a $25 fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds)
If you would like to leave gratuity for services, we accept cash, check or credit. Zoe gift cards and/or e-gift certificates may not be used for gratuity payment.
Zoe Life Spa and Salon is an adult only facility. Children (12 and older) with scheduled appointments must be accompanied by an adult.
We strive to provide a relaxing, tranquil, environment for our guests. With limited space, we ask that scheduled guests do not bring unscheduled visitors to appointments, unless special attention is required for assistance.
