At Zoë Life Spa and Salon, we take great pride in the quality of our nail services and the products we use. Each service is performed by trained professionals following industry best practices to ensure client satisfaction at the time of service.
Due to the nature of nail services and the many factors that may affect results after leaving our facility ā including but not limited to personal activities, exposure to chemicals, improper aftercare, or services performed elsewhere ā all nail services are non-refundable once you have left the spa.
If you experience any issues with your nail service, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may assess the situation. In certain cases, at our discretion, we may offer a complimentary touch-up or repair if the concern is deemed to be service-related and not a result of post-service care or outside influences.
