Appointments

For the safety of all involved, we ask that you refrain from coming to appointments if you are sick or have symptoms such as:  coughing, sneezing, fever, chills, shortness of breath, nausea, etc. or if you have been asked to be quarantined or isolated because of exposure to COVID-19 or any other condition.  We would appreciate a phone call for cancellations a.s.a.p. and you may also leave a voicemail message if we are closed.  As always, our cancellation policy fee will be waived for these situations. In addition, entry to the faciltiy will be restricted to customers, to a caregiver of those customers, or to the minor dependents of those customers.  As always, we will ask for your credit card information to promote contact-free payments.

Check In For Services/Retail/Gift Card Purchases

Masks are optional for customers, unless you have been exposed to someone with an active virus, tested negative for the virus and have no symptom.  When you arrive, please come to our interior door to be let in.  Ring the door bell, if no one is at the front desk. Your service provider/receptionist will meet you at our front door.  There will be no refunds on retail sales.

Hand Sanitizer

As always, hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the facility for your use.

Disinfectants

As always, frequently touched items such as credit card machines, lockers, door handles, etc. will be frequently sanitized using EPA Registered Hospital Grade Disinfectants that meets OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standards.

Closed on Mondays

After Monday, July 6th, we will indefinitely be closed on Mondays to allow for deep cleaning and maintenance.

Surgically Clean Air Purifier (JADE SCA5000C)

Our reception area and dry treatment rooms are equipped with a surgically clean air purifier that has excellent performance in Hospitals, Medical Labs and Dental Clinics to clean and sterilize the indoor air. 

The HEPA-certified filters have a multi stage filtration system that completely replaces the air:  from 2.3 to 6.09 times every hour (reception lobby, yoga studio and salon); to 7.8 to 21.1 times every hour (treatment rooms and pedicure lounge), depending on the speed setting

 The multi stage filtration system captures dust particles, pollen, volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), mold, allergens, viruses, odors (like formaldehyde and smoke), bio-aerosols, nitrous oxide, and many other pollutants that are found in the inside air in workplaces.

Pedicure Station Sneeze Guard Shield

Our pedicure station will have a suspended sneeze guard between each chair to provide a barrier between chairs.  We will only be able to service one customer at a time due to social distancing.  The exhaust fan will be run during your service, and if availble, the surgically clean air purifier (changes over the air 8 to 21 times an hour) will be utilized.

To protect all involved, sneeze gaurds have been installed at the reception desk.

Manicure Table Sneeze Guard Shields

All manicure stations will now have Sneeze Guard stands to help reduce the transmission of germs & diseases.  The exhaust fan will be run during your service, and if availble, the surgically clean air purifier (changes over the air 2.3 to 6.09 times an hour) will be utilized. 

Salon Client Protective Divider

This divider will provide a barrier between styling stations to help isolate one client + one stylist from the chair next to them.  The exhaust fan will be run during your service, and if availble, the surgically clean air purifier (changes over the air 2.3 to 6.09 times an hour) will be utilized.  

PPE for Staff

Staff are required to wear a mask during services.
