APPOINTMENTS
To make an appointment, please call our spa during business hours at 517-323-4331. A $25 nonrefundable deposit/per service is required to hold your reservation unless you have a membership. Our online booking service does not recognize memberships, so if you are a member, please call the spa to make an appointment to avoid $25 deposit.Ā To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve appointments in advance. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments when possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ZoĆ« Life Spa and Salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that no shows or last minute cancellations prevent other guests from receiving services during that appointment time as well as preventing service providers from maintaining a full schedule.Ā All cancellations less than 24 hours that are not able to be filled, will forfeit the $25 deposit, paid at the time the appointment is booked, regardless of the reason.Ā Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.Ā We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing you to prepare and unwind for your service. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
We accept all forms of payment, however, we prefer cash, check*, or gift cards. Save 3% when payments are made with cash.Ā There is a 3% service charge on all credit/debit purchases, with the exception of membership purchases and payments.Ā We accept the following credit/debit cards cards:

*$25 fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds
GRATUITY
If you would like to leave gratuity for services, we accept cash, credit or checks.Ā ZoĆ«Ā gift cards and/or e-gift certificates may not be used for gratuity payment.
ADULT FACILITY
We are an adult only facility.Ā Children (12 and older) with scheduled appointments must be accompanied by an adult.Ā Please refrain from bringing children to your scheduled appointment(s) if they do not have scheduled appointment(s) as well.
VISITORS
We strive to provide a relaxing, tranquil, environment for our guests.Ā With limited space, we ask that scheduled guests do not bring unscheduled visitors to appointments, unless special attention is required for assistance.
SORRY, PUPPERS!
Look, we love your puppersā¦but weāre a people salon (sigh) so youāll have to leave your four-legged friend at home when you visit us.Ā While we wish we didnāt have to discriminate against the better species, it is against* health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are. If you bring your pup to your service, you will have to leave them outside or take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY
We are a professional organization and we have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior including:Ā unwanted touching, threatening and/or flirtatious verbal/physical gestures, self exposure of private body parts, and any other verbal/physical behavior/gesture that causes our staff to be uncomfortable.Ā Customers exhibiting these types of behavior(s)/gesture(s) will be asked to leave our facility and will be banned from future services.
PRODUCT PURCHASES
For health and safety purposes, we do not exchange or refund prodcuts.Ā
