MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
- Each member must complete a payment authorization form.
- Memberships are not transferable and are a 12-month commitment.
- Cancellation Policy on scheduled appointment(s) apply to Membership services.
- We will do our best to place you with the service provider of your choice; however, if not possible, it does not void this contract.
- All other discounts, coupons, or promotions may not be used with Membership services or product purchases.
- Membership Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of membership requires a 30-day advanced notice in writing, and a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your account.
- Member-only pricing do not apply to gift card purchases, salon, nail, make-up, eyelash, packaged spa services, or packages series.
