Upon approval of your initial $992 payment, you will receive an e-mail containing a membership contract to sign via Adobe DocuSign. Please complete the required information highlighted, and follow the prompts to return the completed signed document. After we receive this document, you will receive an e-mail with your receipt. Your membership will be immediately activated and ready to utilize. Please call the spa at 517-323-4331 to schedule appointments or submit a list of eligible employees who may use the services.
